Via rail, road and air: Schaffhausen is connected to the world. By train, you can reach the center of the city of Zurich in less than 40 minutes, with at least four trains departing the Zurich main station for Schaffhausen (and vice versa) every hour. Other direct rail connections will take you to Basel or Stuttgart, or the Zurich International Airport (ZRH). By car, Germany is ten minutes away and ZRH just 30 minutes away. And from the airport, you can take a nonstop to 212 different destinations in more than 70 countries.
