Our Speaker

Dr. Patricia Widmer is a leadership advisor and co-founder of Beyond Success, a Zurich-based boutique consultancy specialising in career sparring, leadership development and succession planning for executives and board members.

She has spent years advising senior leaders through pivotal career transitions – with a particular focus on the development of women in leadership. Her approach is strategic, direct and grounded in real leadership experience.
